These terms cover use of marvlabs.ai. Use of the Marv application itself is governed by the agreement signed with your dealership or group, and that agreement wins wherever the two disagree.

Marketing material and a way to book a call. Nothing on it is an offer, a quote, or a commitment to deliver any particular feature. Prices, coverage and timelines discussed here are indicative until they are in a signed agreement.

Read this one properly. Marv suggests where to look. It does not certify a repair. Every diagnosis, every test and every decision to return a vehicle to a customer stays with the qualified technician doing the work, and with the dealership employing them. Do not treat anything Marv outputs as a substitute for manufacturer service information, for your own testing, or for professional judgement.

The form asks four questions so the call is useful. Answer them honestly or the call will not be. We use your answers to prepare and to contact you about Marv, and for nothing else. See Privacy.
